If you want to witness top-flight talent and high-horsepower machines this Labor Day Weekend, the only event worth it's weight in gold and glory is the inaugural Tri-State Challenge.
Featuring three nights of awesome action, the three-day mini-series will pay $3,000 to win each night for the USRA Modifieds.
Action kicks off at the Mississippi Thunder Speedway in Fountain City, Wis., on Friday Sept. 1. Then on Saturday, the Deer Creek Speedway in the rolling hills of Spring Valley, Minn., plays host to the Tri-State Challenge. The tripleheader wraps up Sunday, Sept. 3, at the Pritchard Family Auto Stores Mason City Motor Speedway in Mason City, Iowa.
Here's the USRA Modified main event payout each night: 1. $3000, 2. $1500, 3. $1000, 4. $800, 5. $600, 6. $500, 7. $400, 8. $350, 9. $325, 10. $300, 11. $275, 12. $250, other starters $225, tow $75. The entry fee each night is $100.
All Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series classes will be battling for precious USRA national points at all three races.
